What's the process?
1. SCHEDULE A CALL WITH ME AND WE WILL GO OVER YOUR VISION FOR YOUR BIG DAY, TALK PACKAGES, & POTENTIAL ADD ONS! IF WE BOTH DECIDE WE'RE A GOOD FIT, I WILL SEND OVER THE CONTRACT & INVOICE FOR YOU TO PAY YOUR RETAINER AND SECCURE YOUR DATE!!
2. ABOUT A MONTH BEFORE THE BIG DAY, I WILL SEND A REMAINING BALANCE REMINDER & WE WILL SET UP A CALL TO GO OVER THE TIMELINE & CREATE ONE IF ITS STILL NEEDED!
3. ABOUT A WEEK BEFORE I WILL REACH OUT DOUBLE CHECKING FOR ANY CHANGES TO THE TIMELINE OR LAST MINUTE ADD-ONS.
4. EEEK IT'S YOUR BIG DAY! ME & MY TEAM (IF THERE IS A SECOND PHOTOGRAPHER) WILL SHOW UP AT THE CONTRACTED TIME AND BE A CALM PRESENCE FOR YOU ON A CRAZY BUT BEAUTIFUL DAY!
5. NO LATER THAN 48 HOURS AND YOU WILL RECEIVE A SNEAK PEEK GALLERY STRAIGHT TO YOUR EMAIL!
6. NO LATER THAN 6 WEEKS OUT AND YOU WILL GET YOUR FULL GALLERY SENT DIRECTLY TO YOUR EMAIL ALONG WITH A CUSTOM USB TRAVELING THROUGH THE MAIL TO YOUR ADDRESS HEHE

Do you cover permits or studio fees?

No, I do not! The client is responsible for all permits and studio fees.
What if we need to reschedule?
For sessions, I offer one free reschedule. Anything outside of that is a $150 additional charge.
What if we need to cancel?
For cancelations that aren't able or choose not to reschedule, the retainer is unfortunately not refundable but if you choose, can be used toward a session for up to 6 months of the original booking date.
How long does it take to receive the final photos?
For sessions, you will receive sneak peeks within 48 hours and the full gallery within two weeks. For weddings, you will receive a sneak peek gallery within 48 hours and the full gallery within 6 weeks.
Is travel included in the cost?
For sessions outside of St. George, I charge .70 cents per mile there and back for travel. For weddings and elopements, travel costs will be custom quoted based on the travel, food and lodging! :)
Do you help us pose?
Yes, of course! I am not the photographer that will have everyone smile at the camera but I absolutely will give prompts to get you moving and comfortable!
